Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown of event venues including tents, staging, and decorative elements
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes using digital tablets
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout event spaces
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston venues
- Basic digital literacy (tablet usage, email)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred
