Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during Friday-Sunday evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve signature dishes and specialty cocktails
- Maintain pristine dining areas and ensure sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Must be available for all weekend evenings (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin Food Handler Permit
- Positive attitude under pressure during busy service
- Reliable transportation to downtown Milwaukee
