As a Weekend & Evening Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of our late-night operations. You will manage inventory flow, operate state-of-the-art warehouse technology, and ensure our customers receive their orders on time. We value reliability, accuracy, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound and outbound freight with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits during quiet periods to maintain data integrity.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and efficient workflow transitions.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
