Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) and scanning equipment safely.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized, clean, and meets all safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance goals.
- Handle physical logistics tasks including loading and unloading trailers.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
