Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders and shipments efficiently and accurately during night hours.
- Manage inventory logs and update digital systems in real-time to ensure data integrity.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders and delivery status via phone and email.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing packages to prevent errors.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
