Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests during evening operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Prepare and serve evening refreshments in our ocean-view lounge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of public areas and guest facilities
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with security team to ensure guest safety and compliance
- Assist with event setup for weekend evening functions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 5 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15kg
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
