Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and account details.
- Process incoming orders and ensure accurate data entry into the logistics management system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of packages.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Provide high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
