Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and phone support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in college acceptable
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling financial transactions
- Reliable transportation to North Center Street location
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
