Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory location
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays and common areas
- Collaborate with weekend team to execute promotional events and sales strategies
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students strongly encouraged
- Available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
