Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Support visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
