- Participate in weekend training sessions and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Valid Texas driver's license if local travel required
