Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Support opening/closing procedures during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends only (no weekday shifts)
