Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms and inventory guidelines
- Ensure product freshness, rotate stock, and remove damaged items
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store readiness
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time required)
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation for early shifts
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
