Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service including product recommendations and order assistance
- Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized checkout areas
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and price verification
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold safety standards and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/credit transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
