Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for immediate hires).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
