Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and a positive attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
