Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during evening and weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining store inventory levels and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
