Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves efficiently, and ensure merchandise is organized and visible.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and issue digital receipts.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, light cleaning, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual displays and promotional materials to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a part-time basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual with a proven track record of attendance and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using standard computer systems, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Attitude: Positive, motivated, and eager to learn.
