About the Role:
As an Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand. We are looking for energetic individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment and provide excellent customer service during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and securely.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with light cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students Welcome).
- Ability to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
