Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and merchandise processing.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store appearance.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required (students welcome).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
