What You'll Do
As a Weekend Part-Time Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during the opening and closing shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (equivalent experience accepted).
- Availability to work weekends and/or evenings (Saturday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
