- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store layout.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
