Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with patience and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Downtown Boston location.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required by the schedule.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer applications.
