Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a premium, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional weekday evenings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
