Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers to create memorable experiences
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness standards
- Process POS transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking duties
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold exceptional hygiene and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-4PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 18+ for alcohol service (if applicable)
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
