Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Manage POS transactions and cash handling with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere in our Valencia Street location
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with no holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to Valencia Street location
