Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at event entrances
- Ensure venue safety compliance and emergency protocol enforcement
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event equipment and decor
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Monitor crowd behavior and escalate issues to management
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shift
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques a plus
- Valid Florida ID and ability to pass background check
