Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event staffing or hospitality
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup is highly desirable
