Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with weekend patrons, building repeat customer relationships
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across café stations and customer areas
- Assist with weekend inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and tastings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months café/barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service with weekend-friendly energy
- Ability to work autonomously during weekend shifts
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Knowledge of Denver's local coffee scene a plus
