Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse patrons
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes
- Share knowledge of coffee origins and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6AM-2PM)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
