Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cold brew) with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about our single-origin beans
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process POS transactions accurately while upselling seasonal specials
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless weekend operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM)
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Bleecker Street location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn coffee craftsmanship
