Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and menu items
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with availability for morning/afternoon shifts
- Reliable transportation to our Ocean View Avenue location
