Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize, stock, and merchandise products to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
