Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment after completing paid certification training
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
