Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by the company
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Maintain accurate records using provided digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and report equipment issues immediately for prompt resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse machinery after training
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to handle 8-10 hour shifts with standing/walking
- Valid state ID (driver's license not required)
