Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for damage and compliance
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
