Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse).
