Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing the warehouse floor for maximum efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable with basic math and reading of labels/barcodes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in inventory management.
