Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain proper documentation
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with accuracy and speed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety procedures and quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required – paid training included
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
