Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners for optimal accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to 2800 Distribution Center Drive
- Availability for day/night shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
