Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse areas
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Adhere to all safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
