Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory within the warehouse facility to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure accurate data entry into warehouse management systems and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
