Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks (Equipment Provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items into the WMS system and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure 100% OSHA compliance.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Willingness to operate forklifts and reach trucks (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
