Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficient operations
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and documentation purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and optimizing warehouse space utilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends as needed
- Team player with excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
