Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-volume shipping/receiving operations
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain during paid training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
