Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage products accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate stock records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure optimal workflow.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, hand trucks) as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
