Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in organized warehouse zones
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy
- Follow SOPs for hazardous material handling when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Fluent in English/Spanish bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
