Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for timely delivery to our customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and order fulfillment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (Class B) is highly desirable.
