Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise to designated storage areas efficiently.
- Organize products on shelves to ensure visual appeal and easy accessibility for customers.
- Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first (FIFO) and prevent spoilage.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the stockroom, aisles, and restrooms.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM start time).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for scanning prices and managing inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
