Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials for distribution with accuracy and speed.
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills; math skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
